Restaurant review reply help

Prepare a response you can check, edit and copy. You decide whether to publish it. Connected publication has separate requirements.

Start with the actual review

Paste a review into your private portal. Check that it belongs to your restaurant and that the draft addresses what the customer said. Edit the wording before copying it into the review platform.

You decide what is posted

Drafting, approving and publishing are separate actions. Manual replies are copied and posted by you. Connected Google replies require the correct verified location and explicit publication permission. A saved draft is not proof that a reply reached the platform.

Keep sensitive replies personal

Check complaints, alleged safety issues and requests for compensation carefully. A draft cannot establish what happened at your restaurant or authorize an admission, refund or promise.

What is not connected by joining

The beta does not include automatic Yelp or Tripadvisor monitoring, guaranteed review growth, or a promise to contact customers for reviews. Review results and revenue impact remain unknown without the necessary evidence.

Connections require their own permission

Connecting an account does not activate publishing. Posting packages remain available; connected publishing requires a verified account, supported content and explicit publication permission.

A posting confirmation is owner-confirmed, not independent proof of reach or revenue.

Free beta; paid plans are optional

The private beta is $0. The standard paid price is $500/month; founding pricing is $300/month when offered. Free beta does not automatically become paid. We will ask you to accept the paid plan before billing starts.

Current private beta service

We prepare drafts using your restaurant's brand inputs and photos. You review each item, download its media and copy its caption, then post it in the social app and confirm after posting. Approval alone does not publish.
