Revenue I created
6 weeks
I lock your current revenue before I start. The green is the new revenue — the only thing the performance plan ever bills on.
The cost of an empty Tuesday
Marketing isn't the thing you do when there's time — it's the thing that makes the slow nights less slow. Here's what usually gets in the way.
The posts don't happen
You meant to post all week. Service got busy. Three weeks later the last post is a closed-on-July-4th flyer.
No idea what works
You boosted a post once. Did anyone come in because of it? Nobody could tell you — so you stopped.
A marketer who ghosted
$800 a month, three posts, then silence. The fear isn't spending money — it's spending it on nothing.
What you get
Not a scheduling tool. Not a dashboard you have to learn. I do the work; you approve it from your phone.
Daily content, in your voice
On-brand posts using your dishes and your room — drafted for you, every day.
Offers that bring people in
Limited-time offers and promos designed to drive real visits, not just likes.
Your reviews, handled
I watch and respond to your Google and Yelp reviews so your reputation works for you.
A report tied to revenue
Every month: what I did, and the tracked revenue it brought in — measured against a locked baseline.
You approve everything
Nothing reaches the public without your tap. The first week is drafts only.
Why I'm different
Before I change a thing, I lock your current revenue as a baseline — your real numbers, by day of week, adjusted for your own seasonality. Everything after that is measured against it. The new revenue is the only number that counts.
On my performance plan, a low base plus a share of that tracked, incremental revenue is all I bill. No marketer who ghosts offers that. If I don't grow it, I don't get paid.

I added
Illustrative. Your real snapshot uses your own POS history — and I show my work, conservatively.
“Hi, I'm Conor. I build the marketing for a handful of independent restaurants — personally. You'll always reach a real person, same day. If you ever feel ignored, cancel on the spot.”
One person who answers the phone — me — not an agency that warehouses you three time zones away. I know what actually fills a dining room, and that a rainy Tuesday in February isn't a marketing failure.
